USA prepares for the inauguration of Donald Trump

President-elect Donald Trump will take the oath of office on Monday during his inauguration ceremony, which will be held inside the U.S. Capitol, marking a departure from tradition due to the exceptionally low temperatures.

Attendees at Trump’s inauguration are expected to include prominent figures such as foreign leaders and technology CEOs. However, the number of spectators who planned to watch the swearing-in from the Capitol grounds will be significantly reduced, as the ceremony has been relocated to the confined space of the Capitol Rotunda in response to the dangerously cold conditions. The last time an inauguration was held indoors because of frigid weather was in 1985.
